Suspicious partner cast can pull any role naturally and perfectly. And that scene had to be to show Han Kyul' s and Go Eun Chan' s wonderful reunions just like Bong Hee' s and Noh Ji Wook' s reunions. I don't know how confident she is, that she believes JW will not have any other medico, like she knows how much it hurts him. I say she is perfect for the role. Means this show is getting a lot of attention. He will be in my lists fave korean actor I like right now beside Won Bin, Hyun Bin, Kim Soo Hyun, Joo Won, and now Ji Chang Wook!. I north Nam Jin-Hyun. In contrast, the No Ji Wook has been able to develop consistently, which speaks volumes about the drama. Thumbs Up to the production and whole casts!.
The more I think about it, the less I like her. Yoo-jung bailed when she screwed things up, then just reappeared when she decided she wanted Ji-wook back. I don't know, for lack of better word, uninteresting.
Suspicious Partner - She obviously didn't love Eun-hyuk much if she dumped him just afterwards. But I also want a confession scene from him.
One day, on the subway, she mistakes Ji-Wook for a molester. Ji-Wook is a prosecutor and denies being a molester, but Bong-Hee doesn't believe him. Later, she catches her boyfriend Hee-Joon in a hotel lobby with another woman. Her boyfriend is also a judicial apprentice at the same institute. Bong-Hee is hurt by her boyfriend's apparent infidelity and tells him that she will sleep with the next man she bumps into. Bong-Hee indeeds propositions the next man she bumps into. When she looks at the man, Bong-Hee realizes the man is the same man she saw on the subway... They decide to have drinks and Bong-Hee later passes out. When she wakes up, Bong-Hee finds herself at Ji-Wook's place. She works hard there. During this time, she runs into Hee-Joon and tells him to take his things from her apartment. Later that night, Bong-Hee goes to a nearby convenience store and when she returns to her apartment, she finds Hee-Joon stabbed to death. Bong-Hee is arrested for his murder and Ji-Wook becomes the prosecutor in her murder case. Even through heavy pressure from Hee-Joon's father who is the chief of the district prosecutor's office , Ji-Wook finds evidences to proves Bong-Hee's innocence and sets her free. Due to this incident, Ji-Wook quits his job as a prosecutor and becomes a lawyer. Bong-Hee attempts to find the person who murdered her ex-boyfriend. Bong-Hee is representing the plaintiff and Ji-Wook is representing the defendant in a court case. Pitch-perfect cast and soundtrack with high rewatch value. The lead pair has scintillating chemistry which is the main selling point of Suspicious Partner. Their skills are on par and match each other point-for-point through the smoothly flowing moods created across the narrative. The two make a natural, believable couple and I wouldn't be surprised in the least if all that attraction and heat translates into reality as well. They are well-supported by a talented bunch, notably the villain, and a fair share of the credit goes to how he was written. CEO Byun was a hoot! Chief Bang stole a goodish share of the limelight with his flawless comic timing and droll looks. This is a drama where just about everyone knows how to do their job. The writing could've pulled up a few stakes and the history-with-dads was a cliche that could've been avoided, but Nam Ji Hyun and Ji Chang Wook are more than capable of selling such makjang with their enormous talent, and they did. A very memorable series all in all and I shall be hoping for another JCW-NJH collaboration in the future. I want to see how they depict a more intense, angsty vibe, so a melodrama a la 'Secret Love' would be great. It must be a spell or something and this never happened to me in over a decade of drama watching. It may not be a perfect drama with tight enough writing but it sure is one of those that gets you attached to it. The main leads were really believable as a pairing even though the writing was a little disappointing at the middle of the drama but it still has a lot of great quotes to remember. Again, you've proven especially to those who keep looking down on you just how much of an exceptional actress you are. I was certain that people behind this year's SBS Korean Drama Award would notice how great your acting is in Suspicious Partner. It would have been great if Ji Chang Wook was also there with you and the rest of the cast of SP during the award night, but military duty calls. And knowing how hard-working Wookie can get, I'm sure that he's also doing a great job in his military training. From your ajumma fan here in the Philippines This is one of the best romantic comedy kdrama i have ever seen. The story is far from cliches Everytime we think a cliche will happen, the scenes shows a different result. I've watched a lot of other dramas with him in it, but this one is definitely the best. I really hope he does more romantic comedies when he comes back from the military. Don't listen to anyone who says the chemistry between the leads was bad, just watch the bts! This drama is hard to watch, but since I'm almost halfway done, I'm just going to finish it. Character development for the Eun Bong-Hee sucks. Beginning, she was 4 level taekwondo expert with a soft heart for love, but with a real brazen personality. But, later on, gets scared at every little thing, whimpers, cowers, and becomes just another damsel in distress. Sometimes, her beginning character image shows up again, but most times, it's the weak pitiful Eun Bong-Hee. For a show about dealing with the justice system and with a female lead who was supposed to have been made of steel, it's hard to believe that she was able to make the cut after a while. In contrast, the No Ji Wook has been able to develop consistently, which speaks volumes about the drama. Storyline hard to enjoy when the female lead has to be the one doing stupid things all the time and instead of just fessing up as bad judgment call, it's actually just cause her character needs to be saved... She was clearly just a level 4 taekwondo expert in her head. That's why the chemistry sucks, ladies and gentlemen. Because the characters suck. This is need an actress who looks rebel and strong character. This role not for her definitely. She has potential, but should choose a good role. And Ji chang wook, he is very good in all genre, but he is more fantastic in action genre. Still no actor can replaced him for the action field. I still compare them to Ji Chang Wook, he si the best in action. They look good on BTS but unfortunately the chemistry not appear on the drama. People who said no chemistry on drama bc they dont care ab the BTS. Indeed chemistry on BTS cant count as a chemistry on drama I'm so glad I discovered this drama! I'm still hooked with the plots and its casst, especially Ji Chang Wook and Nam Ji Hyun. They have really great chemistry!! I ship them so much and it's even better if they are a couple in real life... Suspicious Partner is still my most favourite drama even it has already been 6 months since it was last aired. At first, I doubted about this drama since there are 40 episodes and I'm afraid I'm going to get bored of it, but no, it was actually very intense but at the same time, made me cry and laugh my arse off too! Each episode is 30 minutes long and I binge watched every episodes and finished in 2 days! So, to everyone that still thinking whether to watch this drama or not, I highly recommend you to! This drama will drive you in a roller coaster full of excitements and thrilling experiences! This is one among my favourite drama in 2017!! From plot to the actors everything was perfect!! She is way better in her acting and expressions compared to others.. She has done a fabulous job as Eun Bong Hee! Guys give her a break!! She is just a young actress with bright future a head.. His acting gave me chills!! He sure deserves an award!! Ji Chang Wook is awesome in whichever genre he was works!! He was soo dammm cuttteeee. One Ji Chang wook recommend before joining military and his one and only Rom-Com.. There's no strong plot like you have in Healer and this affects the flow of the story. As for the lead actress, sorry she needs to go back to drama school. She can't act to save her life! She can't emote, show emotions with just her facial expressions or body language. I didn't feel her at all. The chemistry between the two leads looked forced to me, didn't seem real. The two leads in Healer had far more chemistry than these two. JCW did his best but he alone could not save the drama for me. I'm not surprised the ratings weren't too good. Haha so much hate with nam ji hyun. I dont care because kfans dont hate this beautiful and lovely grown up lady. Wait till she finish her university. I just love this girl since Queen seondok up to now with suspicious partner. Her acting is daebak. Every project she portray is daebak. So much respect for this adorable lady. Their chemistry is so amazing. To the point you want to ship them in real life well that will be a bonus in Gods perfect time. And its almost three months the drama ended I had a hard time moving on and no drama for now , esp the bts this made me more love the jiji couple. And cant still move on when I read the translated interviews of wookie in english you can find it with ji chang wooks kitchen maybe a slap for those who belittle the drama and the actress. In my 15 years of kdrama watching, it's the first time I'm having such a long period of withdrawal symptoms. The drama is not perfect but the chemistry of the whole cast starting with the main couple until the lawyers' office with their messy meetings is the best. Even hyu soo made me cry with his story. The story got draggy a littke but some of the quotes from the drama are so touching. I hope all those crazies shipping JCW with the female leads from his past dramas would lay off hating on this drama and saying the lead couple doesn't have chemistry when they probably had some of the best kisses I've seen. It's pathetic and childish. I dont know if its wrong or right or am I mad or something but I really do like Jung Hyun Soo's character. And honestly, he has done better acting than the main characters. I love Ji Chang Wook and he is all cute and a good actor but I still thing the guy playing Jung Hyun Soo's character Dong Ha has acted far better than Nam Ji Hyun and Ji Chang Wook both. He was a good guy who couldn't do anything when the girl he liked got sexually abused. He couldn't get the culprits in jail and they walked free so he took revenge but of course he has gone completely ruthless now but if you'll see he had no option but then again... I just finished watching Fight for my way and currently watching this drama because I see my friends posting about it. But, this drama is really boring! This is unlikely of Ji Chang Wook and Nam Ji Hyun's other works. I've watched healer, k2 and Shopping King Louie and those dramas are gold. But this one, it's really meh. No chemistry between the two main leads and the story line is boring. The only refreshing person for me in this drama are the sub leads. I will definitely NOT recommend this drama, especially after watching fight for my way and the main cast's other works. I like Nam Jin-Hyun. She has been an outstanding actress in some of the best K-dramas. The basic plot is bad: the core premise that the Chief Prosecutor of a Seoul District Court is a multiple murderer is total non-sense. Each episode is erratic and repetitive. Dialogues are coarse and simplistic. Every one of the main characters is poorly written-up and acted. Then the director appears unable to bring out the best out of his actors and maintain character consistency across 40 episodes of 30 minutes Nam Jin-Hyun's lead character of Eun Bong-Hee is tiresome and inconsistently developed from episode to episode. Why did NJH accept this role and this drama? Came for JCW, stayed for Dong Ha aka Hyunsoo. His character is just so multi layered, so intriguing and without his convincing act, I wouldn't have liked his character. I'm so looking out for this guy next time. The rest of the character are just... I don't know, for lack of better word, uninteresting. But the actors performance ranges from decent to excellent. It's just the way they are written, I guess? It's annoying how some people said that Nam Ji Hyun is just mediocre Ji Chang Wook fans maybe. She is so talented, she is so great. I really like her character both in Shopping King Louis and this drama. But I prefer Shopping King Louis anyway. It's okay you said that Ji Chang Wook is the star. Nam Ji Hyun is the one who made me interested to continue to watch after the first episode. I just hate the way that the directors made her style look so old. She is just 21. As much as I enjoyed this ride, the missing details are so annoying. I don't know that a lawyer can actually walk through a suspect room easily, bring a possible evidence and they even are not his lawyer anymore. Is it because they are friends with the prosecutor? He's a suspect that has big possibility to run away but his room has no proper guard in the context that he can easily beat them up. JCW's appearances in the variety shows after the drama ended were all packed and with great turn out. JCW to be happy. I must say Nam Ji Hyun is such a beautiful, bubbly, and talented young actress. Anyone watched the wrap up party on YouTube? She was gorgeous with that hair and looking like a typical 21-year-old wearing that pink shirt and very little makeup. After seeing it, I came to the conclusion that this drama was made for Ji Chang Wook, every shot every close-up,the female lead not pretty and as an actress is mediocre were chosen strategically so that he would shine and nothing would overshadow him and thus we could enjoy this monument of man. The most entertaining of the story was the part of the villain the actor made it excellent,the romance was boring and predictable as in most k-dramas. This drama could have been shortened and written a little better. The scenes were dragged out with blank stares and awkward banter. I liked the overall storyline and I like all the actors. They played their parts pretty well,! Dong Ha did a fenominal job with his character as Jung Hyun Soo! His performance is what kept me hooked! I was shocked he actually ended up killing that cop, I thought he had him hidden, barely alive in some basement. I was more shocked to find out that that cop turned out to be one of the rapists. That actor was so handsome, I hope to see him play a better character in the future. I found myself more curious about the second lead couple's relationship through out the show, so I was disappointed that I didn't get to see more of them. Choi Tae Joon is so handsome! Nara is so Gorgeous! I can't wait to see them in more projects. One thing I would have changed in the storyline is, who Hyun Soo stabbed. I didn't care about officer Bang as much. I wasn't that invested in his character so I didn't feel the suspense of whether he woke up or not. He didn't have a family so I didn't see much of a loss if he died. The two leading were so self centered that they made every problem about themselves, it seems they'd compete over who had the saddest story. But it would have been better if Lawyer Ji Eun Hyuk was stabbed instead. The storyline needed that so some characters could grow. We learn that he had feelings for Prosecutor Cha before she dated Prosecutor Noh and that they didn't even cheat, although they intended to. Which is why I think Prosecutor Noh was so self centered, how could he not know his best friends feelings for their mutual friend? How could he not find understanding in that situation? They had their reasons for being in that situation, not that it was right. But he just looked like a giant baby in the end. He had every right to be upset with them, but he held that grudge for too long. But whatever, they lived happily ever after in dramaland. Finally, the drama has ended. My Wednesdays and Thursdays would be boring without the sweetness of JiBong couple, Chief Byun's lame jokes and the loud group meetings. I will be no longer checking Instagram and Youtube just to see the BTS mostly the interactions between Ji Chang Wook and Nam Ji Hyun hehe. I'm definitely in a major withdrawal syndrome but they said the ending is always the start of a new begining JiJi couple cough cough , isn't it? However, best of luck to all the casts and the crews. For JCW, we all will be waiting for you in 2 years. For NJH, good luck for the upcoming projects, stay bubbly and shine like a star and don't forget to visit JCW with fried chickens and pizza. I agree with others, Nam Ji Hyun and Ji Chang Wook together really makes the story wonderful. They suit each other well unlike Yoona and JCW in K2... Dong Ha is an amazing actor as the villain, just WOW! Some might say that this drama kind of drags on, but I think the story is finely paced and develops well. I don't think any episode was boring, and I was excited every time a new episode came out. I suggest giving the drama a shot! The romantic-comedy aspect of the k-drama is beautiful! Really a lovable drama with lovable cast. The journey comes to an end. What an incrediblw journey. If you are up for story then it may keep you glued to the screen or may not. Cause this drama has mixed viewers. The ending was amazing with every character giving you space for open analysis. These are like real life characters. Nobody is perfect, nobody is strong all the time, sometimes love loses infront of circumstances but in the end find their way. The amazing chemistry between NJH and JCW is really a huge factor why this drama has been loved they did more than justice. No other couple can really make me fall for them like jibong. So if you are here for the reviews ignore the hate comment and go and see it for yourself. Thus drama gifted me my new favourite korean actress. What an incredibke showcase of emotions she can convey. The ending-she caught me off guard. I cried only when she cried. She deserves super appreciation! Thank you for a really beautiful drama. The middle was a bit dragging but what a revelation towards the end! The last 4 episodes are jjang! There are many scenes and episodes that i love for this drama. The dialogues are good and i like every single cast member. I need not skip any scenes. Most of all, what a phenomenal chemistry between ji chang wook and nam ji hyun! For ratings to go from 6% to almost 10% says a lot. It is competing against ruler master of the mask. So i think it really performed well for a rom com. Thank you SP crew for bringing us such a beautiful story! Suspicious Partner has ended, the comings weeks would be lacking without the SP weekly episodes that I'm always looking forward to. Hope that Suspicious Partner would have a Part 2 that would give focus to their families. Though for sure they will be handling and solving a lot of cases, I would wish if there would ever be a Part 2 that they could spend more time as a loving couple. They could also elaborate on the lives of the other characters, too. Thanks Ji Wook and Bong Hee for working hard in this drama, you're such a beautiful couple. Anyone else out there also wondering what the heck happened between Prosecuter Cha and Lawyer Ji? Like I need more than that... I need the loose ends to make sense. Love love love the drama! Suddenly I remember in the first or second episode, there was a scene where the young Ji Wook met the fake monk and the monk told that he will meet his destiny which came out to be Bong Hee. Also, in the first episode Ji Wook said Bong Hee looked familiar to him as he had met her before.. Initially, I thought Ji Wook and Bong Hee were an acquaintance back then.. I think it will be more interesting to elaborate the scene bcs there are several scenes that are unnecessary and I'm sorry to say this but useless. Anyway, I'm still loving the drama. This drama has me seriously considering reading about judicial procedures in Korea. It has to be far from the thruth. I mean, if someone confesses, that's it! One guy died of a health condition and his wife was charged with murder because she thought her son had killed him and confessed? Her lawyer had to request an autopsy, HER LAWYER. Not the police or the prosecutor. Lawyers do stakeouts as if they are police detectives. ANYWAY, aside from this peculiarities I have enjoyed the drama. Great acting by main leads and killer. This drama was dragged on for sooo long. Some of the middle episodes where filler episodes and I ended up dropping this drama. I'll admit - the first few episodes were interesting, the story line and how the two main leads first crossed paths. Afterwards it became your average everyday romamce drama. The boy does everything for the unfortunate girl, throw in some running gags that weren't funny at all , have the girl watch the guy sleep and vice-versa in every, I kid you not - Literally every episode. Drama would have been fine and I would've continued it if it were about 16 episodes and if they didn't put in a CSI episode towards the middle episodes which had nothing to do with the main plot, like what? Was really happy to see such a coment among this section. I totally agree with you saying that they tend to focus only on the male lead. But here though main focus was on the lead ie his past,his sufferings, his pain, his sleepless nights somehow the character eun bong hee captured interest and thats probably becuase of NJH who potrayed it really amazingly. SP had realy weak writting though it has amazing plotline. The first was really amazing while the latter half was saved by the main characters and their romance which was really a glue to me. I was a JCW fan but now i am just looking at NJH and getting amazed how that little girl has turned into such a pretty beautiful amazing caring woman. I do believe it is more about the way the script and her character were conceived which lead to her interpretation choices. Nowadays, the new kdrama's scripts trends are more focused on the leading male everything revolves around him, it is about his past, his traumas, his career, his family, his love life, his anxieties, his expectations, his future... That said, the main characters balance each other well, but the writing of the plot was not 100% solid. There is no need to criticize her appearance but I must admit that it was not a good artistic choice to make her look older, her bubbly self is enough; and at the end the make-up might only ruin her baby face-skin. For the acting, she is still young and she is still challenging herself. She juggles her career and her academic education well and honestly, she did a good job in Shopping King Louie which gave her first taste as a leading actress. She is making her way into adulthood, she is learning and she is in no hurry, plus, she said it herself: after her first leading-role in Shopping King Louie she was advised to pursue fame but she said she was not in a hurry because the most important thing is to enjoy what she loves quoting an interview with Digital Chosun Inc. Her way of thinking says a lot about her mature personality and her work ethics that she really stuns me and I am only full of praise for her. There is always room for improvement and I am glad that she likes her job. Ji Chang-Wook is an excellent partner for her. They fit very well and they have a sense of teamwork: she really makes him stand better but at the same time she catches up quickly and does not stay behind. That proves she is a versatile rising actress who is widening her acting skills. She is transitioning from being a child-actor direct into adult roles. The main cast have chemistry, no one can deny it: if you do not like them, thus, do not watch them. If you like one actor more than the other and if you are a real fan you should also respect their choices; it is very simple. I mean they rely on their co-stars to make the drama work the production itself , they trust each other, they study the script together and they make the decisions with the director and the staff. They are both shy and reserved persons that it takes time to open up, but first and foremost, they are also human beings. Please, do not be jealous about other co-stars because each couple has its own colours. The hype about JiBong's ship is real as it was the same for the others too during Healer and The K2 time. Actors are actors and what is private should stay private, staying friends or dating is their decision. I do believe in fate and maybe one day they might end up working together again. Dong Ha is a real scene-stealer!!! The characters are coming full-circle: a not-so-perfect after all prosecutor who believed in an ill-fated love ended up falling for a badass lawyer in the making that is not your typical damsel in distress. This drama is about innocent people falsely-accused being cleared of all mischarges; it is also about youth, pain, loss, friendship, family, love, passion and happiness with a touch of thriller and mystery. By the end of the drama, everyone looks so exhausted that you just want them to have a well-deserved rewarding trip to a beach. Waiting the last 2 episodes. Thank you SBS for this drama, for the actors, the OST and the behind-the-scenes cuts. I started watching this drama because of JCW, but while watching, i started liking NJH. In additon, I can't deny the fact that the chemistry between the leads Ji Chang Wook and Nam Ji Hyun is so strong and exploding. I had fun watching this series even their making film videos. Lots of JCW-NJH moments. They definetly deserving of the Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Kiss and Best Couple Awards! The drama has all the elements - comedy, light drama, suspense, a little bit of action and ofcourse romance! Best RomCom to date for 2017. Best kdrama for JCW and NJH. JCW and NJY deliver their respective roles very effectively and naturally. I can feel their emotions especially when they broke-up. I can feel the pain and hurt. I hope this will not be their last project together! Thumbs Up to the production and whole casts! It's Suspicious Partner's last week of showing today, How I wish that there are more new episodes to watch. I'll surely miss the whole casts of SP, especially Ji Wook, Bong Hee, Eun Hyuk and Mr. You have added spice to my life. Looking forward to your next projects and endeavors. May your ratings in these last four episodes soar high. Once again, your Ahjumma fan here in the Philippines I really do love this drama, I have not missed a day of viewing since it began and I will be sad to see it end, the chemistry between the two actors is mind blowing, very easy, sweet, playful, beautiful, i can't imagine it would have been the same with any of the other two actresses who turned the part down! We were lucky to have had Nam Ji Hyun in the role, she is simply refreshing and a strong compliment to her lead partner Ji Chang Wook. I do have one complaint though, I am saddened by the people who are posting that Nam Ji Hyun is not attractive enough to be a lead player with Ji Chang Wook, she is stunning, she has fine natural features, she did not seek perfection under the knife and I love her for it, she has a lisp, so what life is not perfect! Nam Ji Hyun a superb actress who will only get better with time, and I am her forever and 1 fan!!! Love from NYC this drama has been getting a lot of attention from when the actors were chosen til its last week of showing. Just started watching episode 1 and I kinda agree that Nam Ji Hyun has a tendency to over-act. I had the same problem with her during Shopping King Louis. I feel like quirky roles are not suitable for her. My fave role from her was that from Angel Eyes because she embodied the emotions the role asks of her and it did not feel unnatural at all unlike here. And this nothing to do with Ji Chang Wook. Yoona got criticized on K2 because she is terrible in acting but ofcourse her fans are still delusional. Anyways, Healer is still my fave JCW drama. Just an honest opinion from my observation. Not a fan of JCW whatsoever. I personally feel like NJH was trying to hard to level up with rising JCW in this drama. I'm not sure whether it's the character or the script.. JCW definitely acted out effortlessly yet NJH felt quite off from being natural at times. I'd have to second to those sounding another actress would fit Bong Hee role better. Hate me all you want, I'm simply conveying what I think. Trust me they are not opinions. They are just expressing their hate to whoever gets paired up with their oppa. Same thing happened in k2. The costar gets full of hatred and i dont understand their immatured opinions. When people post about the opinion of the story then its totally fine. Thats what critics do and thats how audience will response. But when they say the costar is ugly or have annoying voice i wonder what and how good they are behind this mere comouter or mobile or electronic devices. And thank you hope. I don't know why i can't laugh even smile with this drama, I even felt disgusted and frowned.. NJH acting feels forced to be funny, but flat, even she has been acting since child.. Just feel NJH really doesn't match with JCW at all.. And i didn't continue watching this drama even from 1st episode, just until minutes 22.. I'm sorry for Ji Changwook, even I'm really like him and his act in another drama and movies.. And sorry for the cruel comments, it's just my opinion.. Just started the drama. Apart from the chemistry and awesome cast i am loving the story. Its a soft rom com with a great villain and somwwhat fine writting! I really really love the chemistry between jcw and njh. I like the office squad A LOT. In fact i think only the second female lead is written weakly. This drama could have been so much more if there are no melodrama parts about the fathers. Just stick to the rom com come on u dont waste such chemistry and focus on the psycho. And they could have explored how to deal with killer who lost memory under the judicial system. Sometimes i think i can go to korea amd be the scriptwriter? Haha From 1st ep - 36 people more concern about actors as a person not as an actor. You should more concern about the story. But i love her outfits.. It's so interesting to read the reviews. After reading them, there is no way anyone can tell what this drama is about. But, it's easy to figure out who hates who and who is a bad actor and who has a pimple on their face and who should just throw in the towel and never act in anything different again. This drama is daebak. The chemistry is daebak daebak! Its a perfect rom com with a pinch of thrill. I like the pinch amount of thrill in this drama because NJH and JCW in a rom com is a blessing! That slight thrill genre and major romantic and comedic moments is why i love this drama. Most of the time the balancing doesnt work but i love it here. Always been a NJH fan. And yes i am a park min young fan too. Yes i am both of their fan. And yes i am a healer fan too. I love both SP and Healer. You are saying all of these young young things but I would like to remind you Yoon Eun-Hye was only 22 when he played Coffee Prince. She was young, too. She' s only a year older than NJH. And many of us probably know that unforgettable kissing scene and the following bed scene. And that scene had to be to show Han Kyul' s and Go Eun Chan' s wonderful reunions just like Bong Hee' s and Noh Ji Wook' s reunions. In SP, the bed scene had to be because Bong Hee' s and NJW' s relationship have already begun with a one-night stand. Of course we still don' t know what happened that night but you understand me. So, don' t apply double standard when it comes Yoon Eun-Hye and stop bullying NJH. Both of them are good actresses and they are just trying to make the best of their roles. And, this may also be the reason why Bong Hee's dad died. Take note that the death anniversaries of both Ji Wook's parents and Bong Hee's dad are on the same date. And also, Bong Hee's dad does not look like a bad person If this is the case, then it seems they are really destined or fated to be together..... A lot of people are backing her up and defending her and showing their love for her and I love reading those positive, uplifting comments. I've also been a fan since Queen Seon Duk. She's very talented imo and a natural beauty. The drama so far is entertaining and interesting. I do see some parallels with other dramas that had similar plot lines, but I'm still enjoying it. Brings an old k-drama feel to it! Looking forward to seeing their relationship grow!!! Also everyone it's 40 half-hour episodes, 20 full-hour episodes. I don't know why they split it in half even though they broadcast the hour long episodes the same day, just calling it halves...? I read it's for advertising benefits but it boggles my mind. Well as long as we still get an hour of this goodie every air date I'm fine. I didn't realize it was gonna even be 20 hour-long episodes :D figured it'd be 16, the norm. To be honest, the only reason I would like to watch this because of Ji Changwook... I watched the pilot last night and not too attached with it. I mean, they spent almost 1 hour just to show the main heroine scrambling her hair and, Ji Changwook being perfectly awesome, once again, pardon my bias. But, the last 10 minutes of the show is quite interesting, so I might watch the episode 2 just to see where this show is going. Hopefully, it's not just a rom-com, but also a good legal drama. Ji chang wook never dissappoint us.. He is Versatile actor!! He can pull any role naturally and perfectly.. He is complete package.. JCW can make great pair with any actresses he paired with??... Wookie i am your admirer from India.. I'm surprised with chemistry between Ji Chang Wook and Nam Ji Hyun... I dunno why, I just feeling like that. So I was hesitate first if this pairing will gonna work, and then I'm watching this and... NJH became my favorite after seeing her role in Shopping King Louie, so I put the high expectation for her in this drama. And it's just like 2 episodes and I'm not disappointed. I think NJH is perfect for this role. LSK maybe will make it a little too hard for the character. By the way, I hope the rating will get increase. Heehee, I'm loving this drama already. I absolutely adore NJH's sassy and tough Bong Hee, not very woman-like, but confident and beautiful nonetheless. Can see how she took on this role to shed her usually, friendly, girl-next-door image. I say she is perfect for the role. I can also see why LSK. I like her in weight-lifting fairy, but this role is a little, if not too similar to Kim Boo Joo; high-spirited, strong and sassy. LSK wouldn't have accepted the role if she wanted to advance her career as an actress. I can understand ji wook fans hating her after all you cant blame there meaness from growing up in shallow asian pop culture. Dami once said they would'nt accept her in Korea unless she does surgery done on her face. The joke is on Korean pop fans whose idols they praise couldn't even make it the world stage, the closest they got was gangnam style a fat korean. Unlike asian entertainment cultures. Did someone say Nam Ji Hyun should do high school dramas? Taking another teen role, after having already transitioned into adult roles, would probably set her career back. And, about Suspicious Partner? Don't worry, good fans of Nam Ji Hyun. She has already proven herself to be exceptionally talented, and with her down-to-earth and positive attitude towards her work, I can safely say that she won't stay underrated for long. I dare say it is people with great fortitude like her who will be treasured and cherished by fans and audiences alike for many years to come, as compared to those who gained over-night fame. Seo Hyun Jin is a fine example of how hardwork eventually pays off. For me, Nam Ji Hyun is one of best actresses I've ever seen. I've been watching so many dramas since 2006 and found her in Shopping King Louis is my truly blessed. Her facial expression is something. Her voice maybe not strong as others but kind of memorable. Someone who said Nam Ji Hyun is not capable to take the role must watch Shopping King Louie. She did a great job in there! And don't forget her age, she's still young with some good experiences so probably this drama will make her shine and popular. Give her a chance and see what she can do. So let's just hope that the drama can deliver a good story and not waste this talented pairing. I wanted them to act as couple since she and PYS wined the best couple award in 2014,and after them JCW and PMY get an award as well,for best couple,and then JCW stand beside NJH and when the camera did a closeup on them,they look like the couple,both smiling,and at that moment I wished some day they act together as a couple! The problem is k netizens. They want paired him with someone more significant.. And we dont know whom is she they would choice.. I though not many young actrees will dare to join this drama if the k netizens put high expectation. So many lead female actrees affraid get bullied by online media.. For example IU, Yoona, suuzy, ect.. Specially every female lead whom idol actress as their 1st job. But k netizen should give them more chances and respect.. I would've actually liked it if they've cast Lee Sung Kyung alongside Ji Chang Wook. Admittedly, I've only seen her in Weightlifting Fairy and Doctors, but I do believe she would've been able to carry the role. Of course, if pitted against veteran actresses like Yoon Eun Hye and Han Hyo Joo she wouldn't be able to live up to the standard, but considering this is Ji Chang Wook and I have seen K2 as well as his other projects, I do believe he can work with any actresses veteran or not and still can connect with his co-star. There is a good thing about Lee Sung Kyung, she can act, so that's like half the battle. Alas, I just hope they'll cast an actress that would do the role justice. Guys please for the love of Korean dramas stop picking on the age!!!! I don't know why some of you have so much problem with an older woman or age gap. They aren't getting married! And even if they get married, it's their life stop picking on age. And and age gap doesn't make a difference in dramas if the actors pull it off well. Go watch I Can Hear Your Voice and you'll see that the leads pulled off an amazing chemistry even with a huge age difference. BTW I'm all for Park Min Young, she's acted with him before and killed it and plus she's acted as a lawyer in many dramas and killed it there too : Park Min Young please!!
